waoh...that was close

Look at the picture above,
and you can see where this driver

broke through the guardrail,
on the right side of the culvert,

where people are standing on the road, pointing.

The pick-up was traveling about 75 mph,
from right to left,

when it crashed through the guardrail.

It flipped end-over-end,
bounced off and across the culvert outlet,
and landed right-side-up on the left side of the culvert,
facing the opposite direction from which the driver was traveling.

The 22-year-old driver and his 18-year-old passenger
were unhurt, except for minor cuts and bruises.

Near Hurricane, UT on State Road 59.

Now, look at the second picture below . . .

  3. Whoah!

That old boy had to have an angel on each shoulder and a rabbit's foot in every pocket to get out of that mess alive.

I would've been cleaning out my shorts afterwards.

  4. See that's why I am scared to travel to small towns here. It's the same thing going to Safford where Spencer's family lives, too many mountains and sharp turns. Freaky. That picture gave me chills!

If you can't say something nice, say it behind my back.
