everytime you go away

I hurt my back this morning.

What a freakin' crapload!

I started out the day with lots of energy and big plans.

And then...I picked up a towel.

Oh, WHY did I pick up that towel from that exact location at that exact moment?!

It hurts.

So, say nice things to me.

And send me processed sugar.

  2. Ouch! So sorry! I once sneezed and threw out my back and I was only 18 at the time. Right place, right time or wrong place, wrong time. Hang in there!

  3. Awww...that's no fun! Dumb towel...I did that when I was pregnant with Eva. I curled up on the floor and try as I might, I couldn't stand up. It took two people to get me up on my feet--and I wasn't big or anything! It was pretty sad...

  4. I burned my towel as an effigy to you.

Well, no, I didn't, since I just bought new towels, but I thought very briefly of it for your sake! Hope you get better soon. Make Hubby give you lots of backrubs. :)

  5. Tough break, Amy. I have the answer to the problem, though.

    E. Jack Stockwell, Chiropractor.

His office is in South Jordan. Specifically, see Craig Dawson, who's the other doctor in Stockwell's office. He's cheaper, and he's the guy Stockwell has work on HIM when he needs an adjustment.

The man is a wizard with spinal stuff. He's the guy who fixed me up, and he's worth every penny.

    The consultation is free.

Seriously, call Marcie and make an appointment for the next time you head into the valley.

  6. Thanks for the love and empathy.

I have an appt in a while...hopefully, he can fix me. At the very least, I'll get a ride on water-jet bed and a massage. That's worth the $20 all by itself.

I've heard about that chiropractor, Dan. Mom actually showed me the building a few weeks ago...it looks pretty hoity-toity. I wish he was closer.

  8. I totally do that all the time, doing dumb stuff. Its weird! I hope it wiggled its way back into place throughout the day.

PS-I've noticed a lot of bloggers now have colored/larger text on their posts. Do you know how to do that? I think it looks pretty darn cool.

  9. Oh and to answer your question, its a Canon Rebel Xti. I saved some of the pics at a pretty low quality (so they would load to blogger faster), so they look like crap. Don't judge the camera on that!

  10. I was done in by a crisper drawer once. I'm so jealous of the idea of getting a massage!! I'm all over Icy Hot, I love that stuff!

  11. Good thing you have a Bonnie. A what? A BONNIE. They are like trunk monkeys but without the violence...well...maybe a little violence. Is this your first back pull?

  14. I know, huh?! Those two are my favorite. They're very enthusiastic.

Also, remember Dendi and Tawni Patterson? Their brother is one of the black team members...Dane.

  15. Yes I do remember them! I knew the other two had to be Mormon.

  16. Yeah, the pictures gave it away for me. In one of them you can TOTALLY tell it was taken on the grounds of the Mesa Temple.

If you can't say something nice, say it behind my back.
