What do you think are some of the saddest songs? I need a good mix of songs for when I want to feel gloomy.

martina mcbride has some really sad songs, like.. god's will, and broken wings... they made me cry and cry at the concert!! so sad :(

My sad song of choice is Mad World by Gary Jules. I came across your blog...I'm not a stalker but I thought I would give you my imput.

ReplyDeleteI Love You This Much by Jimmy Wayne is a good sad. And there are a lot of church songs that are a good sad.
And Erika, how can you not listen to the lyrics!? Lyrics make or break a song for me. Although, I may be a bit too sentimental and listen to lyrics and their meanings WAY too hard.
I have noticed that when I'm riding in the car with someone and a song comes on with really good lyrics, I get REALLY annoyed if they start talking to me in the middle of it! I'm trying to listen and feeeeeeeel!
Yeah, Brent is the same way... he knows all these meanings behind all these songs and I have no clue what they are about. Even if I know the words, I may not get just what they are talking about, unless they come right out and say it. I've started to really learn I'm just completely not sentimental in any way, it's kinda sad.
