  2. That was random. I got tired just watching him. So much of the time I just thought, "what were we thinking!?" He must be the life of the party at weddings!!

  5. I just saw this for the first time the other day and agree, it is AMAZING! Ok I just read a portion of your blog, and some of my favorites are (in no particular order):
you still wear you retainer - I'm so proud of you!
pizza sausage tastes like donkey LOL!
um, the stove and phrase everyone is doing it
I don't remember what else, but you are so flipping funny!

  6. Oh, I forgot to say that your daughter is adorable and looks like you and seems so much fun! Lucky you guys to live in UT, although it is cooling down to 78 this weekend. Yeah!

  7. Thanks Sara! You have a cutie yourself! Your blog makes me laugh every time I go snooping around in it.

And Erika, the Running Man IS SO cool. Come on...You can't tell me you weren't so proud of yourself when you mastered it!!--I know I was! And please don't make me sad and tell me you never tried, cuz you are JUST missing out! Come on, it's classic Institute dance material. I would have been lost without it...or the "shopping cart...or the "lawn mower"...and let's not forget the "Roger Rabbit." Cheesy dance moves are what separate us Americans from the rest of the world.

  8. I like the sprinkler... I guess I don't have the emotional attachment you do, I have never been a "dance person". Someday I'll get my brother to teach me breakdancing.

  9. Yeah. I have a pretty big emotional attachment. Those were GREAT wholesome times!!...no boys needed. (No offense Steve...LOVE YOU!) It was so much fun to let loose and look like a fool (knowing perfectly well that you look like a fool) and not have a care in the world!

Erika, I remember taking you to one of those dances. Do you not have one happy memory of it!!?? I do remember resistance on your part.

  10. Yeah I'm too self concious to enjoy them... I'm working on getting over it.

  11. You dance for no one but yourself! Then you only care about what YOU think! And hey, I'm okay with looking like a fool. Although, Steve doesn't like it when I dance. I think he's embarrassed FOR me. He doesn't even let me do it at home...when there's only us. He squashes all my dancing dreams. And now Lily's in on the squashing. When I start to boogie, she looks at me and scowls and yells, "STOP!", and hits the air until I stop. Hehehe...it makes me laugh.

If you can't say something nice, say it behind my back.
