Say Cheese!...if you feel like it.

Yesterday we went to Provo to get family pictures taken...and we weren't the only ones. This was the first Saturday in like 6 weeks where there where no storms--so everyone and their dogs, (literally), figured they better get their family pictures done while the weather was good. There's this place called Riverwoods Mall--which really isn't a mall--it's a big piece of land where there's a movie theater and a bunch of other hoytee-toytee overpriced stores and restaurants...wait, I guess that IS a mall--only the stores/restaurants/movie theater are scattered all over the block and aren't connected. ANYway. There's a big green area behind it all where the Provo River runs through and there are lots of trees. Apparently, it's a popular place for people to get pictures taken...and there were a lot.

These are just some of the pictures I took while we were walking around. I'll put the real pictures on after I figure out how.

  8. Every time we go down to AZ, I'm always excited to see the desert. There's almost no greater sight than coming down the mountains from Camp Verde and seeing the big, tall saguaros in the desert with the sun coming up. It always amazes me. =) Something else I miss--monsoons!!!! Nothing beats the smell of the desert after it rains. (Except maybe th e forest when it rains.)
